The barbecue fire sits on a specially designed metal sheet that feeds it with all the oxygen it needs to burn healthily. This in turn heats the stainless steel grill, which is adjustable in height so you can vary the cooking temperature, as well as the upper warming grill. All of this is enclosed in a hood, finished with decorative bricks and topped off with a whitewashed chimney.
